Tracy Roese Lead Rhythm of Andreas Keys Don Blakely Percussions
Who We Are
We are a completely customizable show full of high energy, crowd pleasers from the fifties to current top 40 songs. Our set lists include hits from The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pat Benetar, The Pretenders, Meghan Trainor, Sia, Maroon 5, Imagine Dragons, Sugarland, and Alanis Morissette, just to name a few. We can do small intimate events or large festivals. We customize the show to fit your budget and crowd.
Born out of the need for a solid travel band option with Festivals and Special Events coming up in 2024, Tracy Roese and The Third Fret Band is an extension of my solo show. It includes brilliantly re-arranged cover songs from multiple genres. The set list is a tribute to the original artist but offers flashes of our own individual artistic influences thrown into the mix. The show is high energy with lights, special effects, and video that are built into the show! I bring audiences with me through my journey with up front and personal performances and audience interactions. You have to see it to believe it! Meet The Band Tracy Roese is the voice of Third Fret Entertainment. That's about it. I am the business side of the operation. When you contact us to book us, you talk to me. I leave the technical, bells and whistles side of the show to Andreas. I have been performing solo shows with my own PA across the country since 2016. I had always wanted to sing with a band but had given up on the idea due to hearing loss. I broke into the Ohio music scene singing lead with a local band called, Jamie Said So and filling in when needed for Paradygm Shyft. That was enough to prove that I could do it. I was a one woman show when I met Rhythm of Andreas and we decided to start our own band. It was synergy from the very start. We combined our collective dreams and built a show like nothing either one of us could have dreamed of on our own. The rest is history in the making! Rhythm of Andreas is the mastermind behind all that is my music! He is not only the man behind the curtain, but also the man behind the keyboards! Andreas is a dynamic recording artist, music producer, record label, and seasoned audio engineer that has left a mark on the Ohio music scene since the mid-1980s. He was originally famed in 1988 by the band Tracer, and the album, "Traces of Humanity", that featured special guest Rick Derringer. He was a graduate of The Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, OH, and earned a degree in Photo and Cinematography from The Ohio State University. Andreas is a published war photographer and videographer, a combat veteran, having served and retired from the U.S. Marine Corps. Rhythm of Andreas has original music readily available on most popular streaming platforms and is the reason we can do all that we do. Don Blakely is our master of percussion! Don learned to play drums from his father ,Donald E Blakely who was a professional drummer. He furthered his studies with Mr. Charlie Brown until starting his professional music career in 1973. He comes to us with 50 years of experience playing drums professionally. He toured with the “Becky Ryan Edition” and with Ed Williams as part of the Duo “Williams and Blakely”. Don was the drummer with the band “Energy” for 20 years playing a variety venues and music from the 40’s to the current top 40 hits throughout the Central Ohio area. Additionally, he has performed with many professional local and national touring entertainers including The Chuck Selby Band, Doc Everhart’s 42 piece Big Band, Rich Little, The Osmonds, The Coasters, Holiday on Ice, Ice Capades, Days of Future Past (Moody Blues Tribute Band) , Mark Camden Band, Mark Camden’s Trio “Evolution” , The Jimmy Hudson Band and The Avalons. We could not be more grateful that fate aligned his path to ours! He is also one of the best in the business! Rich Ruenzi is our bass player. He comes to us with 30+ years of experience and is also an Ohio native. He is a talented musician with a multitude of experience in varying genres of music. He customizes such unique bass sounds to every song. He makes sounds I didn't even know basses could do! His expertise and dynamic ability to round up a song are unmatched in this business. We're so happy to have him! Additional Services We can create, market, and promote your special event for you, or we can BE THE EVENT. Our full shows are like nothing you have ever seen before from a local band. Third Fret Entertainment is a full-service live music event coordinator. We supply everything you need to put on your show. We can print promotional materials, produce promotional videos, music videos, or multi track audio recording for bands at competitive rates.
